The promotion period starts on 04.05.22 and ends on 28.06.22. If you’d like to submit a claim, you need to do so within 6 weeks of purchase and by 09.08.22.

Purchase one of the qualifying Aveeno® products from Boots, online or in store between 04.05.22 and 28.06.22.
Use the product as directed on pack.
If after purchase you don’t love the results, fill in the money back guarantee claim form on aveeno.co.uk/bootsmbg, provide proof of purchase via an itemised store or online valid receipt showing the qualifying Aveeno® product(s) you purchased, the price you paid for it, the retailer you bought it from and the date of the purchase within the promotion period.
You have up to six weeks from purchase to make a claim. Claims received more than six weeks from purchase will not be processed.
All claims must be received by 09.08.22

Unfortunately, claims cannot be made without a valid receipt. With every claim a valid itemised receipt is required to verify your purchase.

You can still make a claim provided you have purchased a qualifying Aveeno® product during the promotion period and you follow the steps in the “How do I claim?” question. It doesn’t matter if it was on a price promotion or discounted. You will be refunded the price paid for the qualifying product(s), taking into account any promotional offer, up to a maximum purchase value of £14.99/€17.65.

If you don’t love the results, you have up to six weeks after the date of purchase to make the claim. Claims received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

You must keep the following as proof of purchase:
- Itemised store or online valid receipt showing the qualifying Aveeno® product you purchased, the price you paid for it, the retailer you bought it from and the date of the purchase within the promotion period.
Please note that some receipts may show the date on the reverse and therefore it may be necessary to upload more than one receipt image.
Receipt images must be uploaded in .png, .jpeg or .pdf format.
Any altered or tampered receipt will be deemed invalid and cannot be used as part of a claim.

If you submit a valid claim, you will receive money back for the qualifying Aveeno® product purchased, up to a maximum amount of £14.99/€17.65, via your chosen method of payment. Please ensure the details you enter on your claim form are your correct bank details.

If the rest of your claim is valid, but you the bank details you provided were incomplete or invalid, you will be emailed, and your postal address details will be requested. The refund will be then awarded in the form of a sterling cheque (GBP/€) made payable to you within 28 days of you providing your postal address.
If the refund is awarded via cheque, you are responsible for ensuring the cheque is cashed before its expiry date.

Purchases using Boots Advantage Card points are excluded from this offer. Claims submitted in relation to Boots Advantage Card points are not valid and will not be processed.

You will get the amount listed on your proof of purchase, taking into account any promotional offer, provided it is £14.99/€17.65 or less. If the amount listed on your proof of purchase exceeds £14.99/€17.65, you will receive £14.99/€17.65

You can submit only one claim per household during the promotion period against 1 Aveeno® products regardless of how many products purchased in one single transaction. Any successful claim will receive up to a maximum of £14.99/€17.65. Please identify the product to be claimed against in the web form.

You will receive the funds through bank transfer to the bank account specified in the claim form, or through a cheque sent to the address indicated on the claim form, typically within 28 days of the date of submission of a valid claim. If you have not received your funds within 28 days, please contact [email protected].
